Dependent twin-engine hydraulic drive of the drilling rig with a mechano-hydraulic variable pump control circuit

Abstract The work is devoted to the study of an adaptive hydraulic drive for tool feed a mobile drilling rig. analysis ways regulation considered systems carried out, criteria and parameters their functioning are determined. As result analysis, original circuit design was applied, where fed using adjustable volumetric motor with control loop, taking into account changing load on during drilling. By computational experiment in Matlab Simulink program, loop devices determined: hydromechanical sensor valve, basis which experimental setup implemented. performed multifactorial made it possible identify processes controlling under various modes loading. results determine rational ranges system typical working cycle. use developed research methods makes reduce time money spent technological machines, creation prototypes commissioning.
